Orders are limited to three units of each product color per person.

The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the Eastern Africa region is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.

All packages are shipped via various shipping agencies that are capable to reach out to our esteemed customers on good time.

No. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note, Muva Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.

Items shipped outside of the Kenya may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Muva Cosmetics.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the courier warehouse to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Kenya.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@muva-cosmetics.com with your inquiry.

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Muva Cosmetics VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
